The Public Sector Orientation introduces new employees to the Public Sector, and serves as a refresher for current Public Service Officials who have worked in the government for several years.

The Public Sector Orientation involves learning about legislation, regulations, standard operating procedures and processes, policy, entitlements, and expected standards of behavior. The Office of the Public Service Commissioner holds a number of Public Sector Orientation sessions throughout the year.
