The Revenue Management Division (RMD) is offering an internal opportunity to join our team as a
Design and Monitoring Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse financial transactional data to enhance RMD’s compliance strategies and continuously monitor
their effectiveness in improving taxpayer and divisional compliance.
• Process financial transactions within RMD, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in full
compliance with the MFEM (Ministry of Finance and Economic Management) and PERCA (Public
Expenditure Review Committee and Audit) Acts.
• Provide technical expertise on financial matters, including revenue management, risk assessment,
monitoring, and compliance.
• Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits of RMD accounts.
• Advise and support Revenue Management staff, contributing to financial management training and
development as required.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting and/or Taxation) or currently working towards completing
your degree.
• 5 years’ experience in financial or compliance role.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
