• Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous use of accounting software preferred.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and public sector financial management.

The Human Resources (HR) Advisor will support the Human Resources Division in the implementation of the Public Sector Human Resources Framework both within the Office of the Public Service Commissioner (OPSC) and across the Public Service.

The HR Advisor will build effective relationships with agencies to ensure HR advice and support is aligned with agency needs and consistent with HR best practices. The HR Advisor will also provide practical, operational advice and support on employment legislation, employment agreements, and implementing HR policies and processes, and from time to time be required to assist with recruitment processes and participate on recruitment panels.

The Executive Assistant (EA) reports to the Public Service Commissioner (PSC) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is responsible for providing efficient and professional support to enable the successful implementation of the functions of the PSC.

The EA provides Secretariat support and co-ordination for Senior Leadership Team meetings with the PSC and CEO and assists with the performance management coordination of the Heads of Ministries. The EA will also work with Office of the Public Service Commissioner (OPSC) staff to help develop and implement strategies and promote OPSC’s vision and mission, while also providing exceptional customer service and representation.
